A:lt is about 3 hours from shanghai by train, or 3 hours from Zhejiang by air.

Q: 3.Can i order a sample before i put the bulk order? Can you customize it with my preferred color,size and logo? How long can it be done? How much for it and can it be refund?

A:Yes.a sample is necessary.We can make it according to your detailed requirements.The lead time is normally around 3-5 working days if without logo, and 7-15 working days if with logo customization. Basic sample fee is needed, but which can be refund after sample confirmed and put the bulk order.

Q:4.The MOQ shown in the listing is too much for me, can you make it lower?

A:no problem, friend, for OEM custom orders, we need to check. For those paterns wealready have the model, no need that quite high MOQ. So pls check with us. Anyway, we will try to help you to reduce the risk for testing a new item

A:We normally do four times of quality checking work. 1st, checking materialspurchased. 2nd,checking half-finished accessories. 3rd, checking finishedproducts. 4th,checking during package work. After these steps, only around 1%defectives finally. AND that is why we have a ±5% quantity difference between the final quantity and the order quantity. We need to make sure the defectives being taken out during production. But balance calculated based on the actual final quantity
